I don't have a credit card, can I still order something?
YES, you can. If you do not own a credit card you may send CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDER to:

IMPORTANT: Be sure to write a list of the items you want from the store, and be sure to include an extra $3 for shipping!

NOTE: Please make all checks and money orders payable to Chad Sugg

And make sure to wrap the payment in at least a piece of paper or something inside of the envelope so you cannot see it through the envelope.

I don't live in the United States, can I still order something?
YES you can still order anything from the store. Just make sure when you’re ready to checkout that you UNcheck the box that says “Item is being shipped inside the United States”.

Whenever you place your order there will be a $10 shipping charge automatically added to your payment to cover the extra shipping costs…because it costs quite a bit extra for us to ship to different countries.

How long will it take for my package to get to me?
It all depends on how many orders we have to deal with at that time, but all orders are usually to you within 2 weeks at the latest. (and we try to send every package asap, so sometimes it may only take a couple of days to get to you, it really just depends on how busy we are with other orders)
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $3 for orders inside of the US and $10 for orders outside of the US.
I think there is something wrong with my order, who should I contact?
Simply just send an email to backseatgoodbye@gmail.com, with “BG Store Order Question” in the Subject line, and in the email explain your problem as thoroughly as you can.

Emails regarding anything to do with the online store MUST be sent to the exact email above in order to get a response.

And please, send an email to me before you send anything to PayPal, because PayPal has nothing to do with the shipping of your order. If you email me I can promise a quick response and solution to any problem that you may think you have with your order.

What sizes are the shirts, Adult or Youth?
All shirts available are Adult unless otherwise noted. If it is a youth sized shirt it will have a “Y” beside the size [ex. YL – Youth Large].
Where can I find a size chart for your shirts?

Can I pay with PayPal?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
